We're using Vermont as our inspiration

From the St. Albans Messenger...

As an employee of Stanley at California Service Center, I can't help
but notice the parallelism between the events in VSC and CSC. During
our town hall meeting with Kristen Moulin, she asked me with a raised
voice, "what are you doing here!?", when I made a comment about the
pay cut and demotions. Quite obviously, she was implying that since I
complain so much anyway, that I should just quit. But why would I?
First, I was already working there before I even heard of Stanley and
second, I was doing fine until Stanley took over. We are also working
on our union membership with UE here in California. We are using the
Vermont events as an inspiration and encouragement, especially for
those who are skeptical about union membership. We are just as tired
as the Vermonters of this whole mess that Stanley has created. They
took away some of our deserved pay and benefits and when we question
them, they disrespect us. I have yet to see them deal with the
complaints professionally. It's alarming to learn that two of their
senior officers, Jerry Sharp and Kristen Moulin, have no professional
capabilities to handle the situation they put themselves in. With this
said, I can't see anything positive to expect from them and Stanley.
